Meet Russell
Russell Dwyer started his electrical career in early 2001 through work experience at Vocational College (now known as Newman Senior Technical College). He was offered an apprenticeship and has been at it ever since. He worked initially with a well-known local company (which is now retired) before joining one of the more progressive electrical businesses until he later joined Tom (Dad) to form Dwyer Gold Class Electricians.
Russell has extensive experiences and skills throughout the trade and offers a high-level quality of service and workmanship. Russell enjoys being an electrician and lives and breathes his work, so creating his own business was the obvious step in the right direction for his future. He is married to Emma and they have two young children, Toby and Lucy.
Meet Tom
Tom is the business manager with a broad background in building, property management, project management, maintenance and safety, environmental and quality management and auditing. Tom has a rural background and a common-sense approach to his work that he has passed on to Russell.
He spent 15 years with North Power/Country Energy/Essential Energy working in property management and safety and environment management and was responsible for introducing, developing and implementing new management systems, processes and making improvements upon existing practices. With restructuring occurring, he decided to go back to his roots and trust in his own abilities and went back to the tools to see where life might lead. This led to Russell joining him and forming Dwyer Gold Class Electricians.
Meet Connor
New to the team is Connor Taylor, our first apprentice. He has a friendly nature, keenness to learn, and willingness to have a go.
